We are hosting a "Family Style" Potluck Picnic hosted by the Musicians of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra!
If you can join us, please reply to email@example.com.
The Musicians of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra want to thank the community for your continued support over the years by having y'all over for a family picnic at Trinity Park!
Like last year, we have reserved Pavillions 2 and 3 in the center of the park (near the intersection of Trinity Park Drive and River Drive).
Music will be provided by Paul Unger, bass and Tom Reynolds, guitar, as well as a brass quintet featuring Kyle Sherman and Oscar Garcia, trumpets, Molly Norcross, horn, John Romero, trombone, and Ed Jones, tuba.
There will also be free door prizes, and LOTS OF FOOD!
We will grill burgers, veggie burgers and hot dogs. We ask that you bring a side dish or a dessert (especially if you have a recipe you are proud of). In order to try to even things out, we suggest that if your last name begins with A-L, bring a side dish, and if your last name begins with M-Z, bring a dessert.
We will have water to drink, but you are also welcome to bring your own beverages (alcohol permitted).
FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY (there is a playground not far from the picnic site).
When the picnic ends, we hope you'll go across the street to the Fort Worth Botanic Garden for our Concerts In The Garden performance, "Classical Mystery Tour" (featuring music of The Beatles) at 8:15pm. For more information and to buy CITG tickets, click here!
